摘要
Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the clinical curative effect of Xiyanping injection combined with ribavirin injection in treatment of infantile viral pneumonia .METHODS: 128 cases of infantile viral pneumoniafrom October 2015 to August 2016 were extracted and divided into observation group and control group via random number table . The observation group ( n=60) was treatedwith ribavirin injection ,and the control group ( n=68) was treated with Xiyanping injection combined with ribavirin injection .Curative effects , symptoms , physical signs and adverse reaction of two groups were observed .Results:The total effective rate of observation group (98.33%, 59/60) was significantly higher than that of control group (86.76%, 59/68).The recovery rate of 3 d temperature and disappear rate of 6 d pulmonary rale in the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group , with statistically significant difference ( P<0.05) .There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups ( P>0.05 ) .Conclusion: The curative effect of Xiyanping injection combined with ribavirin injection in treatment of infantile viral pneumonia is remarkable , which canimprove symptoms quickly with high security .关键词
