Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the clinical efficacy of insulin pump in treatment of diabetes with acute complications.METHODS: 110 patients with diabetes with acute complications admitted into Xiangyang the First People's Hospital from Mar.2015 to Mar.2016 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table , with 55 cases in each .The control group were given multiple subcutaneous insulin injections within one day , while the observation group were treated with subcutaneous insulin pump continuous injections.Various indicators, length of stay and cost of two groups were compared after treatment .RESULTS:After treatment, the level of 2 h PG, FPG in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group , the incidence of hypoglycemia , target time of blood glucose , clearance time of urine ketone in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group , with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).The length of stay os observation group was shorter than that of control group , while the cost was higher than that of control group , with statistically significant difference ( P<0.05 ) .CONCLUSIONS: The clinical efficacy of insulin pump in treatment of diabetes with acute complications is remarkable .关键词
