Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To determine the content of chlorogenic acid in Xiaobi pills by HPLC .METHODS: The chromatographic column was ODS C18(4.6 mm ×250 mm,5 μm), the mobile phase was methanol-0.2%phosphoric acid solution (V:V=30:70), with detection wavelength at 327nm, low rate of 1.0 ml/min, column temperature at 25 ℃, flow rate of 1.0 ml/min and sample size of 20 μl.RESULTS: Chlorogenic acid showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.176 μg-1.056μg ( r=0.9997 ) .The average recovery was 97.06%,RSD was 1.02%. CONCLUSIONS:This method is accurate and simple with good specificity and reproducibility .It can be used for the quality control of Xiaobi pills .关键词
