Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To establish the method for the content determination of hydroxysafflor yellow A in Shenmaisanjie capsules by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).METHODS:The chromatographic column was ZORBAX SB-C18 (250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm), the mobile phases consist of methanol-acetonitrile-0.7% phosphoric acid (V:V:V=23:2:75), with detective wavelength of 403 nm and flow rate of 1.0 ml/min, the column temperature was 35℃.RESULTS:The calibration curve of hydroxysafflor yellow A was linear over the range of 24.25μg/ml-121.25μg/ml (r=0.9995,n=5).The average recovery rate was 97.93%, RSD=1.64%(n=6).CONCLUSIONS: The method is simple, rapid and accurate with good reproducibility and can be used for the quality control of the preparation .关键词
