Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the application status of antineoplastic drugs in the 264th Hospital of PLA ( hereinafter referred to as "our hospital") , so as to provide reference for the rational drug application .METHODS:Statistical analysis was conducted on the application data of antitumor drug ' s consumption amount , different kinds of antitumor drug consumption amount and proportion , the top 10 of antitumor drug consumption amount and proportion during 2014-2016 ,to analyze the clinical application .RESULTS: The consumption sum of antineoplastic drugs in our hospital were respectively 1345493.64 yuan, 1005530.33 yuan and 1436303.94 yuan during 2014-2016, which in 2015 was 25.27%lower than in 2014, and in 2016 was 42.84% higher than in 2015.The consumption sum of application of metabolism antineoplastic drugs took the lead , followed by plant sources of antineoplastic drugs , antitumor hormone drugs and antitumor antibiotics .Yet the application of traditional antineoplastic drugs as alkylating agent was relatively low and presented down trend .For three years , the top three drugs ranked by consumption sum were respectively temozolomide capsules , Capecitabine tablets , gemcitabine hydrochloride for injections , Gimeracil and oteracil porassium capsules and Docetaxel injections .CONCLUSIONS: The application of antineoplastic drugs in our hospital was basically rational .It is necessary to enhance the rational application of antineoplastic drugs so as to reduce the economic burden of patients and improve the level of rational drug application from the perspective of pharmacoeconomics during the course of clinic application .关键词
