摘要
Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the pharmaceutical care for patient with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) complicated with type Ⅱ respiratory failure by clinical pharmacists.METHODS: The clinical pharmacists participated into the treatment process of COPD complicated with type Ⅱ respiratory failure , and the analysis of treatment regimen in addition of the medication supervision and guidance . RESULTS: The clinical pharmacists participated into the whole process of patient ' treatment, closely monitored the application of anti-infectious agents and proton pump inhibitor .Patient discharged with a better health condition .CONCLUSIONS: The clinical pharmacists play essential role in the rational drug use and provision of pharmaceutical care , which can promote the rational drug use in clinic .关键词
