黄芪多糖防潮树脂复合物的制备及其吸湿性
Preparation of moisture-proof resin complexes of polysaccharides from Astragali Radix and the hygroscopicity

Abstract
AIM To prepare the moisture-proof resin complexes of polysaccharides from Astragali Radix and to investigate the hygroscopicity.METHODS The resin complexes prepared by static-ion exchange method were characterized by scanning electron microscope,differential scanning calorimetry and Fourier transform infrared spectroscope,and the moisture absorption characteristic parameters were measured.In addition to the indices of resin's drug loading and polysaccharides' utilization rate for evaluation,the polysaccharides' concentration,resinpolysaccharides ratio,reaction temperature and reaction time were taken into consideration as influencing factors for the preparation optimization by orthogonal test.RESULTS The optimal conditions were determined to be 7 mg/mL for polysaccharides' concentration,2 ∶ 1 for resin-polysaccharides ratio,45 ℃ for reaction temperature,and 7 h for reaction time,the resin's drug loading was 149.0 mg/g at the polysaccharides' utilization rate of 29.80%.The obtained resin complexes,with homogeneous dispersion,were found to be small and brown particles formed by chemical bonding rather than physical adsorption.The resin complexes of polysaccharides were superior to either polysaccharides from Astragali Radix or blank resin,with an improved critical relative humidity and moisture absorption reduction in both initial velocity and acceleration (absolute value).CONCLUSION The good moisture-proof property of resin complexes of polysaccharides from Astragali Radix has a certain application value.关键词
