目的 通过响应面法优化超声-微波提取甘草渣总黄酮工艺.方法 在单因素试验基础上,以微波功率、提取时间、液料比、乙醇体积分数为影响因素,总黄酮提取率为评价指标,响应面法优化提取工艺.结果 最佳条件为微波功率125 W,提取时间32 min,液料比28.4∶1,超声功率300 W,乙醇体积分数79%,总黄酮提取率2.59%.结论 该方法稳定可靠,可用于提取甘草渣总黄酮.
