High Temperature Modulus of Elasticity Extraction Method of Metal Materials Based on Experiments and Theoretical Derivation

Abstract
Some physical properties of refractory metal materials can't be tested directly at high temperature due to limitations of existing test methods and means.High temperature Young's modulus extraction method based on experimental data and theoretical derivation was proposed to solve the problem.On the basis of the test data at low temperature (under 300℃),a fitting regression equation was established to obtain the Young's modulus value of material above 1000℃ by extrapolation.This method solves the problem that the Young's modulus of refractory metal materials cannot be directly measured accurately at high temperature because of material oxidation.It can also provide accurate simulation of materials for product reliability design,and improve the simulation accuracy effectively.关键词
