摘要
Abstract
In order to solve the leakage problem of nickel plated parts,three kinds of Ga-based brazing fillers were developed.The interface connection was indentified by using scanning electron microscopy,asperses X-ray spectrometry and micro-sclerometer at different diffusion temperature.The results show that,all three kinds of brazing fillers can achieve satisfying interdiffusion effect with nickel plated stainless steel;the Ga-15In solder has better interdiffusion effect than the others,and the best interdiffusion temperature of Ga-15In solder is 650℃C.关键词
