H13钢耐铝液腐蚀表面处理的研究进展
Research Progress on Corrosion Resistance of H13 in Molten Aluminum After Surface Treatment
摘要
Abstract
H13 steel is widely used as aluminum die-casting dies and squeeze casting dies due to the advantages of good hot strength,red hardness,high toughness and thermal fatigue resistance.Because of the poor corrosion resistance in molten aluminum,H13 dies are corroded in service and lead to failure ahead of service time,moreover,molten aluminum is contaminated.Surface treatment can significantly improve the corrosion resistance of H13 in molten aluminum.At present,surface treatments for H13 to improve corrosion resistance in molten aluminum in china and other countries are focused on chemical treatment and surface coatings.In this paper,various chemical heat treatment technology and surface coating processes are describe,including their preparation,corrosion resistance in molten aluminum and applications prospect.Finally,the research direction in future is proposed.关键词
