Abstract
Ti-6.5A1-3.5Mo-1.5Zr-0.3Si alloy was melted by two times and forged into bar,and then cast into a test bar.The tensile properties of the alloy at room temperature and high temperature were introduced.The experimental results show that the high temperature strength of the alloy at 600 ℃ is well matched with the plastic,and can be used for structural parts of 600 ℃.At the same time,the microstructure of the alloy after heat treatment was analyzed,and the changes of tensile strength at room temperature,tensile strength and lasting properties at high temperature were also analyzed.The results show that the basket microstructure in the alloy after heat treatment at 960 ℃×1.5 h,AC+550 ℃×8 h,AC has good mechanical properties.关键词
