摘要

Abstract

High manganese steel was solid solution and aging treatment,studied the effect of solution temperature and aging temperature on microstructure,hardness and mechanical properties of the high manganese steel,and the mechanism was analyzed.The results showed that,after different temperature solution treatment,the tensile strength,yield strength,elongation and section shrinkage rate of high manganese steel,showing upward trend and when the solution temperature is 1 050 ℃,high manganese steel can obtain optimal strength&plastic combination;with aging temperature rising,the hardness of high manganese steel has gradually rising trend,and the impact of the whole function showing a trend of gradually decreasing,which are due to the morphology,number and distribution of the second phase precipitation.
