热镀锌钢板锌层冲压脱落的原因分析OA
Analysis of Galvanized Plate Zinc Coating Stamping Exfoliating
针对热镀锌钢板冲压成形过程中出现锌层脱落缺陷的问题,对比分析了正常产品、缺陷产品的差异,测试、分析两者基体材料的化学成分、显微组织的特点,观察镀层的显微组织、过渡层微观形貌特征,模拟不同折弯角度的镀层变形过程.结果表明,贫铝过渡层是导致镀层附着力差、冲压脱落的根本原因.贫铝过渡层的形成原因可能是锌锅中锌液铝含量偏低,带钢人锅温度偏高加剧了Fe、Zn间的扩散,最终导致镀层与基体界面的过渡层富铁相增多、铝含量偏低.结果与生产数据基本吻合,建议生产现场…查看全部>>
