Solidification Behavior of H-Beam Blank in Continuous Casting Mould
摘要
Abstract
In order to study solidification characteristics of H-beam blank in casting mould,the temperature field and the stress field of H-beam blank in the model were established by finite element analysis software ANSYS.Using multiple load step way,the inherited stress of casting blank was realized.The temperature field and solidified shell growth history as well as the changing rule of the stress and strain were described and analyzed.The job provides a theoretical basis for the design and optimization of the mould process and structure.关键词
