Abstract
The effect of bottom blowing processa on molten steel velocity in 65t LF ladle was studied based on numerical simulation.The results show that,in the same amount of argon blowing,the volume of the slow velocity zone in the ladle center distance of 0.6 R is smaller than that of 0.5 R and 0.7 R,and the volume of the slow velocity zone is the biggest in the ladle center distance of 0.6 R and the porous plug angle of 120°,the volume in the porous plug angle of 60° is second,and the volume in the porous plug angle of 180° is the least.When the blowing argon gas rate is 100 L/min,the distance from the ladle center is 0.6 R and the porous plug angle is 180°,the slow-velocity zone volume is 28%.These parameters can avoid the occurrence of slag volume.关键词
