摘要

Abstract

2205/Q345 steel dissimilar metal was welded by manual arc welding (SMAW),and the effect of E2209,E309 and E309Mo electrodes on the tensile properties,flexural properties and corrosion resistance of the welded joints were studied.The results show that the tensile properties of the three welding parts of E2209,E309 and E309Mo electrodes at room temperaturecan meet the engineering application requirements.The bending properties of the three kinds of welding parts are qualified.Intergranular corrosion rate measurement results show that the corrosion rate order is E309Mo weld seam> E309Mo weld seam> E2209 weld seam>2205 weld parent material from high to low.The intergranular corrosion resistance of E2209 welds is closest to the 2205 base metal.
