轧制工艺对AZ31镁合金组织与性能的影响

摘要
Abstract
Effects of rolling process on microstructure and mechanical properties of AZ31 magnesium alloy were investigated by means of microstructure analysis,hardness test and tensile test.The results show that there are serious segregation phenomena in as cast microstructure of the alloy,and the segregation of the alloy after large strain rolling is improved.A large number of recrystallization grains and fewer twins appear in the microstructure.When the alloy is rolled at 300 ℃,the tensile strength of the alloy is at the maximum of 328.33 MPa,and at 350 ℃ rolling,the sample has the highest elongation of 9.33%.Rolling reduction make grains of sheet refine obviously and quality of sheet be better.关键词
