摘要

Abstract

In order to realize low temperature performance of low temperature steel railway bearing at-50 ℃,ensure product strength and low temperature impact performance higher than ZG16Mn,through material composition designing,arc furnace smelting,casting process and heat treatment process formulating,trial-produced casting successfully achieved the product requirements in low temperature performance,and completed the production orders according to the planned process.
