摘要
Abstract
The casting flanges in a type of high voltage switch busbar product with cast-weld structure is after welding with profile cylinder,the quality of the ring weld is lower than the nondestructive testing of pressure equipments by X-ray flaw inspection,gas unsoumdness appear badly in the flange.Through analyzing the defect and taking effective process measures,improving the production technology of the casting,the produced castings after improving process,after welded,fully meet the requirement of X-ray flaw inspection and hydrostatic and air tightness test.关键词
