时间人格对工作绩效的影响研究——基于特质情绪的中介作用
Impact of Time Personality on Job Performance: The Mediating Role of Trait Emotion

Abstract
Taking questionnaire survey among 350 domestic employees and then using SPSS21.0 and AMOS17.0 to process the reclaimed data,this paper attempts to study the influence mechanism of time personality on job performance and the mediating role of trait emotion.Several findings are revealed.First,employees' time personality varies greatly in terms of some demographic variables.Second,there is a significant correlation between time personality,trait emotion and job performance.Third,positive emotion has an intermediary effect on time personality and job performance,whereas negative emotion has no significant mediating effect on time personality and job performance.Thus,several management recommendations are put forward at last,including using the Time Personality Scale to examine the candidates in the recruitment process,creating a favorable working environment,establishing emotional communication channels and carrying out the EAP to help reduce negative emotion.关键词
