山丹杞调血脂水煎剂联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗血脂异常临床疗效分析
Clinical Study on the Curative Effect of Shandanqi Lipidemic-Modulating Decoction in Combination with Rosuvastatin on Dyslipidemia

Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy of Shandanqi Lipidemic-Modulating Decoction (SLMD) in combination with rosuvastatin on dyslipidemia.Method 104 patients with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into control group and observation group,and given single rosuvastatin and SLMD in combination with rosuvastatin orally,respectively.On the next day and 2 months after the last administration,serum TG,TC,LDL and HDL levels of the patients were detected for the comparison and analysis of the curative effect of the two therapies.Results After the last administration,serum TG,TC and LDL levels of patients were significantly decreased,and HDL levels were significantly increased,and the total efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher;two months after the last administration,the serum TG,TC and LDL levels were significantly lower,and the dyslipidemia rate in the observation group was significantly lower.Conclusion SLMD in combination with rosuvastatin is superior to single rosuvastatin in dyslipidemia.关键词
