原发性干燥综合征血液系统损伤患者免疫学特性分析
Analysis of the Immunological Characteristics in Patients with Primary Sjogren Syndrome with Hematological Damages

Abstract
Objective To explore the immunological characteristics of patients with primary sjogren syndrome (Pss) complicated with hematological damages.Method 158 patients with PSS were enrolled in this study.The clinical features,blood routine examination,antinuclearantibody,anti-SSA antibodies,anti-SSB antibodies and rheumatoid factor (RF) were detected,and the immunological characteristics were analyzed between PSS complicated with and without hematological damages.Results 107 patients had hematological damages among 158 patients with PSS,and the occurrence rate was 67.7% of them,there were 69 patients (43.7%) with anemia,41 patients (25.9%) with thrombocytopenia,and 50 patients (31.6%) with leucopenia.The positive rates of anti-SSA antibodies and anti-SSB antibodies in the hematological damages group were higher than those in the non-hematological damages group (P<0.05).Conclusion The hematological damages are common in patients with PSS.Anti-SSA antibodies and anti-SSB antibodies may be closely associated with the hematological damages.关键词
