丹红注射液联合尼莫地平治疗血管性痴呆的临床疗效及其对血清VEGF、E2、Livin、β-Ap的影响
Clinical Efficacy of Danhong Injection Combined with Nimodipine in Treatment of Vascular Dementia and Its Effect on VEGF, E2, Livin and β-Ap in Serum

Abstract
Objective:To investigate on serum vascular endothelial growth factor in patients with vascular dementia clinical curative effect of Danhong injection therapy combined with nimodipine (VEGF),estradiol (E2),anti apoptotic factor (Livin),amyloid beta (beta-Ap) level of influence.Methods:112 cases of vascular dementia were randomly divided into control group (n =56) and treatment group (n =56) from May 2014 to May 2016 in our hospital.Two groups of patients were given conventional treatment,and the control group plus nimodipine treatment,observation group plus Dan Hong injection combined with nimodipine treatment.The two groups were 12 weeks for a course of treatment.Observed and recorded Mini Mental State Scale (MMSE) and activities of daily living scale (ADL) score before and after treatment.Compare the clinical curative effect and VEGF,E2,Livin and β-Ap in serum before and after treatment,and record the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups treatment.Results:after treatment,two groups of patients with MMSE and ADL scores were significantly improved,and the observation group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was significant (P ＜0.05);the total efficiency of observation group (89.3％) was significantly higher than the control group (73.2％),significant difference (P ＜ 0.05);after treatment,serum indexes of two groups were significantly improved,and the observation group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was significant (P ＜ 0.05);and in the two groups during treatment had no adverse reactions.Conclusion:Dan Hong injection combined with nimodipine in the treatment of vascular dementia curative effect is remarkable,high safety,and its mechanism is relatIve to improve the level of serum VEGF,E2,-Ap,Livin.关键词
