中医内外治法联合治疗膝骨性关节炎临床疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:Evaluation of combined internal and external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis in patients with clinical efficacy.Methods:120 cases of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into 4 groups of 30 patients in each group.Treatment group used the iron with oral plus Danggui Sini decoction in the treatment and control groups respectively with oral plus Danggui Sini decoction and oral treatment with celecoxib capsules,Chinese traditional medicine ironing.Group 4 are in 1 week for a course,after 4 courses of treatment efficacy assessment and comparison.Results:13 cases were cured in the treatment group,compared with other 3 control group differences are statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Iron combined with traditional Chinese medicine plus Danggui Sini decoction in internal and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine combined with effective treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee can relieve knee pain and improve knee function,safety,without apparent side effects.关键词
