摘要
Abstract
Biotransformation of traditional Chinese medicine is a product of the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and modern biotechnology.In vitro metabolism using liver microsomes is a vital part of the biotransformation of traditional Chinese medicine.In vitro metabolism using liver microsomes is mainly applied in the illumination of change the properties,synergy and attenuation and metabolic pathways of constitutes of traditional Chinese medicine.In vitro metabolism using liver microsomes provide a reliable basis to guide the safe and rational clinical application,and the secondary development of Chinese medicine and new drug.In this paper,the application of In vitro metabolism using liver microsomes in biotransformation of traditional Chinese medicine is reviewed.关键词
