Abstract
Objective:To explore the mechanism of obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) in the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (TCM).Methods:Through the retrieval of relevant literatures in recent years,we summarized and summarized the treatment mechanism of OSAHS in TCM.Results:OSAHS is an independent risk factor of systemic multiple system disorders.At present,there is no effective western medicine for the treatment of OSAHS.However,Chinese medicine treatment is based on the principle of individualized syndrome differentiation,taking phlegm,stasis,And achieved a good clinical efficacy,and its mechanism of treatment have a certain understanding.Conclusion:Chinese medicine treatment of OSAHS significantly,the mechanism involved in anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidation,reduce leptin resistance,improve blood viscosity,etc.,for the clinical treatment of OSAHS provide a theoretical basis.关键词
