摘要

Abstract

The geometric parameters of the piezoelectric vibrator in the piezoelectric self powered device directly affect the resonance frequency,which affects the power generation of the piezoelectric self powered device. Therefore,it is necessary to set the optimal parameters of the piezoelectric vibrator according to the ambient excitation frequency. The wireless monitoring device of shearer based on piezoelectric self power supply is studied. Based on theoretical analy-sis,simulation and experimental methods,the generation of different cantilever beams under different external excita-tions is studied. The results show that the larger the mass and the length of cantilever beam,the lower the natural fre-quency of cantilever beam;With the increase of the thickness of the cantilever beam,the natural frequency of the can-tilever piezoelectric structure increases gradually. The best matching piezoelectric structure geometry parameters are selected for different monitoring positions of shearer,and the feasibility of the piezoelectric self powered wireless moni-toring device is verified by the monitoring of the working condition of the shearer.
