摘要
Abstract
Although vehicle dynamic weighing system can adapt to the high-speed dynamic weighing,its weighing accuracy declined. In order to ensure weighing accuracy and fast weighing,WIM data processing method based on improved Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm is presented. Firstly,the high frequency random disturbances of dynamic loads is filtered by using wavelet transform. Then, the low frequency dynamic loads is removed by using the im-proved Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm. Finally,the static load can be obtained by subtracting the fitting dynamic load from the weighing signal. Simulation and experiments show that the proposed method can effectively reduce the impact of dynamic load on the weighing accuracy,the maximum relative error is less than 2%. So it has some signif-icance for solving the problem of high-speed dynamic vehicle weighting.关键词
