摘要

Abstract

As the background of Datong Second Power Plant subcritical boiler, to satisfy the reducing nitrogen oxides emission, the optimization of boiler burner for subcritical generation unit is showed.The low nitrogen combustion technology including concentrating coal combustion and swing over fire air, to extend the residence time ,to enhance the reduction, further reduce emissions of NOx in flue gas ,at the same time, the inhibition of NOx production and strengthen the purpose of pulverized coal ignition and burnout.The optimization project transformed the pulverized coal burner into a new type, the number same as the original burner.The same ignition oil gun fire detection, and insert position.The over fire air burner retrofitted for swing burner, using the big air duct and the old.The over fire air constant devised by direct external rotation on the swing structure.Compared with the experimental data before and after the transformation, it is proved that the nitrogen oxides in the boiler are greatly reduced.It shows that the combustion efficiency of the subcritical boiler is improved after the burner is reformed, which can meet the requirement of environmental protection and nitrogen oxide emission.
