摘要

Abstract

In this paper,a novel grid-voltage full feed-forward control scheme of a seven-level photovoltaic(PV)grid-connected system for coping with the high total harmonic distortion(THD)of output grid-current existing in the tradi-tional single-phase multi-level grid-connected PV inverter is proposed. The seven-level inverter consists of a DC/DC con-verter that is composed of a boost converter and a current-feed forward converter,an auxiliary circuit,a full-bridge pow-er converter and an inductance-capacitance-inductance(LCL)filter,which are connected in cascade. The LCL filter can effectively attenuate the higher harmonics of current caused by pulse width modulation(PWM). Meanwhile,the capaci-tor current loop is employed to damp the resonant peak caused by the LCL filter and enhance the stability,and a full feed-forward of grid voltage control strategy is proposed to prevent the current distortion caused by the harmonics in grid voltage. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed scheme can eliminate the influence of grid voltage on grid-cur-rent such that the grid-current is in the same frequency and same phase as those of grid voltage,which can enhance the quality of output current effectively.
