摘要

Abstract

The wireless communication technology of intelligent vehicle terminal(IVT)provides a communication basis for electric vehicles to interact with the grid. This paper sets up a wireless communication network among electric vehi-cles,charging stations and intelligent distribution network,and also sets up a management model of charging and dis-charging for electric vehicles,realizing the interaction between the grid and electric vehicles in terms of energy and in-formation. Using this model,the costs of charging and discharging for electric vehicles plugged into the grid are ana-lyzed. With the daily load of certain area in Shanghai as an example,the economic benefit of peak-shaving by four brands of grid-connected electric vehicles are analyzed at the time-of-use electricity price. The results show that the elec-tric vehicles would receive benefit through the interaction model,which can attract more electric vehicles to be plugged into the grid.
