摘要

Abstract

Traditional topologies always need to boost firstly and invert voltage in the field of low-power single-phase photovoltaic grid-connected system,the two-stage structure owns lower efficiency and less output voltage levels. A novel nine level booster inverter was developed,and throw-cut mode of the capacitors was applied,which was switch capacitors nine level inverter. Booster and inverter were accomplished simultaneously,so system efficiency was also improved. Based on analysis of circuit topology,step waveform modulation algorithm with minimum low-order harmonics principle was employed to alternate voltage. Satisfactory performances of low switching frequency,more voltage levels and desired current quality were obtained. The validity and superiority are verified by simulation and experimental results.
