腐蚀环境下基于井筒完整性与流动保障的完井技术
WELL COMPLETING TECHNIQUE BASED ON THE WELLBORE INTEGRITY AND FLOW ASSURANCE IN THE CORROSIVE ENVIRONMENT

Abstract
In order to ensure the safe and high-efficiency production of the oil wells,a set of the well completing technique of the wellbore integrity and flow assurance were studied for the corrosive gas such as H2S,CO2,etc.According to the geological characteristics of the oil reservoirs in the researched block,based on the theory of node analysis of oil/gas wells,the well-completing tubing sizes and manner of the lifting were optimized;considering the factors including the well completion string,the sizes of the key completing tools and so on,the borehole structures of the oil well completion and matched completion string configurations were optimized;according to the material selecting chart board and well completion cost,the material quality selection for the well completion string was determined.On the basis of the above,the strength of such string under the initial status condition of the well completion string,run string,stable production,gas lift production,pulling out of the string etc.were verified,and moreover the related well completing technology was designed.The well completion technology was applied in 25 wells of the research block,and furthermore much better effects were achieved.These achievements can not only meet the normal production of the oil wells,but also possess the characteristics of anti-corrosion,anti-asphalt,etc.Therefore,the well completing technology will be proposed to further popularize in the development of the similar oilfields at home and abroad.关键词
