东南亚矿业及相关产业产能合作研究
Researches on Capacity Cooperation for Mining and Related Industries in Southeast Asia

Abstract
Because of its important strategic position, rich natural resources, good development prospects, huge market demand and strong desire for development of mining and related industries, Southeast Asia region has become an ideal area to realize "the Belt and Road" capacity cooperation idea. Starting with the mining and related resources industries, the authors synthetically analyze the economy and demand situation, resource conditions, development situation of mining and related industries, and investment environment of Southeast Asia. In combination with the government planning of infrastructure construction, key development areas and the specific regional situation, the authors comprehensively put forward the proposal of the capacity cooperation for China and Southeast Asian countries. Oil and gas, coal and new energy fields are advised for energy cooperation, with the emphasis placed on Indonesia. It is recommended that solid mineral cooperation should focus on bauxite, copper, gold, nickel, tin and potassium, mainly in Indonesia, Laos, Vietnam, Thailand, and some other countries. The authors give priority to Trans-Asian Railway cooperation in infrastructure construction. Relatively developed areas in Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam and some other countries should be chosen first for industrial park cooperation. In addition, we can set comprehensive optimal selection base integrating the smelting and processing industry, infrastructure construction and industrial park construction.关键词
