摘要

Abstract

According to the principle of sintering,the sintering process was established and the range of sintering temperature was determined.AgSnO2/Bi2O3 contact materials were prepared by powder metallurgy method under different sintering temperatures.The electrical conductivity,density ,hardness and contact resistance of AgSnO2/Bi2O3 contact materials were measured and analyzed,by which the effects of sintering temperature on the properties of AgSnO2 contact materials were discussed.The results show that the maximum electrical conductivity and minimum contact resistance are obtained at 820 ℃,and the density and hardness are also higher.So the optimum sintering temperature of AgSnO2/Bi2O3contact material is 820 ℃.
