摘要

Abstract

An X band integrative T/R module of low noise figure and multiple frequency conversions is designed by using the RF circuit integration technology and high power transmitters to meet the requirements of airborne equipment for miniaturization, lightweight model and low power consumption.The T/R module performance of the assembly is as follows: noise figure≤3 dB, image rejection≥50 dB, transmit leakage amplitude into-10~0 dBm scope, and output pulse power≥30 W.The module has been used in a certain radar.The result shows the module has stable performance and very strong practical significance.
