海洋棘皮动物脂质的研究进展

摘要
Abstract
Marine oils contain many unique functions and active substances,and thus become one of the important resources for the development of health food and marine drugs.Now,marine oils researches mainly focus on fish oils,while the study of Echinodermata oils is less.Fatty acids are important bioactive substances in marine echinoderms,with hypolipidemic,anti-cancer,anti-inflammatory and other functional activities.Therefore,this paper summarized the current stage of knowledge on the Echinodermata lipids from various aspects such as extraction,isolation,purification and biological actives,in order to lay the foundation for the comprehensive utilization of Echinodermata,and provide scientific basis for better development of new marine food and medicine.关键词
