Abstract
Cu20Fe80 alloys were prepared by mechanical alloying and cold pressing microwave sintering, the effect of La2O3 addition on microstructures and properties of the Cu20Fe80 alloy prepared by microwave sintering was investigated. The microstructures and phase composition of the Cu20Fe80 alloy were analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray diffractometer (XRD). The density and hardness of the Cu20Fe80 alloys were measured by Rockwell hardometer. The results show that, the Cu20Fe80 alloy powders present the flake layered structure, the powders are refined and the mechanical alloying is enhanced with increasing La2O3 content. The microstructures of cold pressed compaction of Cu20Fe80 alloy are lamellar, the density of cold pressed compaction increases and the formability is improved with the increase of La2O3 content. The microwave sintered microstructures of Cu20Fe80 alloy show the lamellar structure, with the increase of La2O3 content, the voids of the microwave sintered Cu20Fe80 alloy reduces first then increases, and the density and the hardness increase first and then decrease; in conclusion, the best La2O3 content is 0.2% by mass.关键词
