Abstract
Objective:To investigate the safety and feasibility of thoracoscopic-laparoscopic esophageal cancer radical surgery (TLE).Methods:Eighty patients who underwent TLE from Jun.2011 to Jun.2016,and 80 patients who underwent open esophageal cancer radical surgery (OE) during the same period were selected.The operative indicators and the postoperative follow-up information were compared between the TLE group and the OE group.Results:The operation time of TLE group was longer than that of OE group,the amount of blood loss,the volume of thoracic drainage on the first day after operation was less than that of OE group,the time of extubation,ICU observation time and hospital stay were shorter than those of OE group (P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the number of lymph node dissection,the number of positive lymph nodes confirmed by postoperative pathology,the incidence of postoperative complications,the follow-up patients,follow-up time,recurrence,metastasis or total survival between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusions:Thoracoscopic-laparoscopic surgery can achieve similar curative effect compared with traditional open surgery,achieve the radical and minimally invasive effect.关键词
