摘要

Abstract

To study the output force characteristics of proportional solenoid under the strong vibra-tion ,the dynamic mathematical model and simulation model w ere established by using the elec-tromagnetic field theory and forced vibration theory .The gap reluctance ,motional electromotive force and the output force under different vibration parameters were studied by simulations ,and the influence principle of strong vibration on the output force was discussed .Meanwhile ,the out-put force fluctuation caused by the change of armature quality ,damping coefficient and spring sit-ffness was analyzed under the strong vibration .Results indicated that the amplitude and frequen-cy of vibration and motional electromotive force fluctuation amplitude were positive related ,the output force fluctuation amplitude and gap reluctance were linear positive with vibration ampli-tude .The output force fluctuation amplitude decreased approximately linearly with the increase of the damping coefficient under the strong vibration .When the spring stiffness was smaller than 20000 N/m ,the output force fluctuation amplitude decreased rapidly with the increased of the spring stiffness .The results can provide the theoretical reference for improving the performance of the proportional components under the vibration environment .
