摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of single layer interrupted overlap pancreato-jejunal anastomosis in Whipple procedure. Methods The clinical data of 62 patients performed Whipple procedure us-ing single layer interrupted overlap pancreato-jejunal anastomosis were collected and analyzed. Results No re-exploration was needed in 62 cases. There was no peri-operative death. Only 1 patient experienced a pancreatic leak and was cured by conventional treatment. Conclusion Single layer interrupted overlap pancreato-jejunal anastomosis is feasible and safe to perform. This method is deserved to be promoted.关键词
