Abstract
Objective To explore the nursing methods and the effect on postoperative complications of patients with high myopia and posterior scleral staphyloma rhegmatogenous retinal detachment. Methods From November 2014 to July 2016,104 patients with high myopia and posterior scleral staphyloma rhegmatogenous retinal detachment were treated with vitrectomy and silicone oil filling.According to the nursing methods, the patients were divided into a control group, receiving routine nursing after the operation, and an observation group, receiving targeted intervention. The complications and vision recovery of both groups were observed and analyzed. Results Fewer patients got light perception index of naked eye in the observation group than in the control group (3.85% vs.21.53%),with a statistical difference (P < 0.05).More patients got 0.06-0.3 visual acuity in the observation group than in the control group (63.46% vs.34.62%),with a statistical difference (P < 0.05).The incidences of postoperative intraocular hemorrhage, high intraocular pressure, severe pain, cataract, and intraocular infection were 1.92%,3.85%,25.00%,11.54%,and 5.77% in the observation group and were 13.46%,15.38%,46.15%,32.69%,and 19.23% in the control group, with statistical differences (P <0.05).Conclusions Targeted care intervention for patients with high myopia and posterior scleral staphyloma rhegmatogenous retinal detachment can effectively prevent complications and promote the recovery of visual acuity,so it is recommended being clinically generalized.关键词
