微柱凝胶卡式法检测孕妇免疫性抗体效价的应用分析
Application of microcolumn gel cartridge method in the detection of immunological antibody potency in pregnant women

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of microcolumn gel cassette method in prenatal detection of immunological antibody potency in pregnant women.Methods The anti-A and anti-B potency of 180 cases of O-type pregnant women (95 cases of their partners were A type and the other 85 cases were B type) were detected by both the card method and the test tube anti-human globulin method,and the difference in sensitivity between them were compared.Results The mean value of anti-A potency by the card method and the test tube anti-human globulin method were 46.21 and 33.82 respectively,the former was 1.37 times higher than the latter.The mean value of anti-B potency by the card method and the test tube anti-human globulin method were 47.18 and 35.02 respectively,the former was 1.35 times higher than the latter.To make IgG anti-A (anti-B) potency ≥64 to be positive,the positive cases of IgG anti-A by the card method and the test tube anti-human globulin method were 45 (47.37%) and 8 (8.42%) respectively,the former was higher than the latter,with statistically significant difference (degree of freedom =1,x2 =33.23,P<0.01).The positive cases of IgG anti-B by the card method and the test tube anti-human globulin method were 38 (44.71%) and 10 (11.76%) respectively,the former was higher than the latter,with statistically significant difference (degrees of freedom =1,x2=24.30,P<0.01).Conclusion The sensitivity of card method in prenatal detection of the antibody potency of pregnant women is higher than that of test tube anti-human globulin method,with the simple method,and easy to be standardized,worthy to be popularized.关键词
