慢性荨麻疹患者健康教育需求的调查分析
Investigation and analysis on the health education needs of chronic urticaria patients

Abstract
Objective To investigate and analyze health education needs,to know the status quo of health education needs of patients with chronic urticaria and provide basis for further targeted health education.Method A total of 178 chronic urticaria outpatients in our hospital who were selected by convenient sampling method received survey with self-designed questionnaire about health education needs.Results There were 85.3％ of patients who wanted to know more knowledge about etiological factors,therapeutic effect,and prognosis.85.9％ of patients were not clear about drug side effects and adverse reactions.And the rate of skin care was 88.7％.There were 80.9％ of patients who needed reminding of medication in follow-up guidance.Young patients were inclined to receive health education by QQ or WeChat,accounting for 92.7％.And the needs of seasons recuperation in rehabilitation guidance of TCM accounted for 92.7％.Conclusions The universal inadequacy of disease related knowledge of chronic urticaria patients needs targeted and individualized health education.Health education that popularizes disease related knowledge in different ways can promote the establishment of healthy behaviors and life styles of the patients,and improve the quality of their life.关键词
