TGF-β1与非创伤性股骨头坏死相关性研究
Research on the correlation between non traumatic femoral head necrosis and TGF beta 1

Abstract
Objective To investigate the role of TGF beta 1 in pathogenesis of non traumatic femoral head necrosis.Methods Femoral head specimens from joint replacement surgery for non traumatic femoral head necrosis (experimental group,30 cases) and femoral head specimens from non normal deaths (control group,10 cases) were selected.HE stains were adopted and the expression of TGF-β1 was detected with immunohistochemistry in cartilage and the bone tissue under cartilage of the femoral head bearing surface.Results ① Visual inspection:control group:the articular surface was smooth,there was no ossification in surface,the thickness of articular surface was normal,the section was scarlet;experimental group:the cartilage of femoral head surface was thickened and the local bone was separated.② HE stains:control group:the number of layer of articular cartilage cells was normal,the cartilage cells were not polaritie-changed,and the chromatin was uniform;experimental group:the cartilage layer was thickened,the morphology and arrangement of the cells were changed,the number of fibers was reduced,and the articular cartilage was ossific.③ Immunohistochemistry:there was the expression of TGF-β1 in two groups.In the control group,only a little TGF beta 1 positive cells in the superficial layer of cartilage was seen (3.81％);in experimental group,yellow and brown staining in the many cartilage cells cytoplasm and nucleus,cytoplasmic staining was the main one.Contrast with control group,the expression of TGF beta 1 positive cells in experimental group (18.41％) was significantly increased in all layers (x2=3.93,P＜0.05).Conclusion The expression of TGF-β1 of femoral head necrosis increased,the expression was increasing as the defection of the cartilagines got worse,which suggested that TGF beta 1 played an important role in the pathogenesis of non traumatic femoral head necrosis.关键词
