摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of sodium valproate and topiramate in the treatment of patients with newly diagnosed epilepsy.Methods A total of 90 patients with newly diagnosed epilepsy were selected from January 2014 to December 2015.The patients were divided into group A and group B by random number method.Group A was treated with sodium valproate,while group B was treated with topiramate.Observed clinical efficacy and adverse drug reactions of the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 95.56％ in group B,higher than that in group A (P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions in group B was 4.44％,and that in group A was 20.00％,with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion Sodium valproate and topiramate have good effect in the treatment of patients with newly diagnosed epilepsy,but topiramate has better effect and higher safety.关键词
