目的 探讨多层螺旋CT血管成像技术(MSCTA)在主动脉夹层动脉瘤(ADA)诊断中的应用价值.方法 选取本院2013年4月至2016年10月收治的57例患有ADA的患者为研究对象,患者均采用MSCTA进行检查,并将原始数据进行曲面重建(CPR)、多层面重建(MPR)、最大密度投影(MIP)、表面阴影重建(SSD)等技术后处理,分析主动脉破口、真假腔、内膜瓣、主动脉夹层动脉瘤的位置和范围、腔内血栓、管壁钙化等情况,与数字减影血管造影(DSA)诊断进…查看全部>>
