Abstract
Objective To observe the curative effect of Hevveibao capsule on helicobacter pylori eradication and peptic ulcer.Methods Patients with peptic ulcer were randomly divided into Heweibao treatment group and western medicine control group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with oral Heweibao capsule on the basis of the control group,3 grains/time,3 times/d.The two groups were treated for 2 weeks.Compared gastroduodenal mucosal injury,helicobacter pylori eradication rate and clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results The improvement rate of symptoms of the treatment group was 96.2％,the rate of adverse reactions was 2.94％,the score of gastric mucosal injury was (0.76±0.16),the score of duodenal mucosal injury was (0.80±0.18),those of the control group were 83.6％,27.72％,(1.52±0.28),(1.47±0.31),with statistically significant differences between the two groups (P＜0.05).The total treatment effective rate of gastric ulcer,duodenal ulcer,compound ulcer of the treatment group were 93.9％,93.4％,87.5％,the helicobacter pylori eradication rate was 94.1％,those of the control group were 90.3％,96.9％,66.7％,93.1％,without statistically significant differences between the two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion Heweibao capsule is effective in the treatment ofhelicobacter pylori and peptic ulcer,worthy to be popularized in the clinical treatment.关键词
