Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention on the life ability and neurological function of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 160 cases of cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,80 cases in each group.The control group were given routine nursing care in department of neurology,and the observation group were given rehabilitation nursing intervention based on routine nursing care.National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS),modified Barthel index (MBI),and SF-36 scale were used to evaluate neurological function,life ability,the quality of life of patients in the two groups before and 6 weeks after nursing.Results After 8 weeks of nursing intervention,NIHSS score of the observation group was (4.23± 1.14),MBI score was (61.43±6.79),those of the control group were (7.54±2.13) and (49.67±5.37),with statistically significant differences between the two groups (P＜0.05);and the scores of each dimension of quality of life of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing intervention can significantly improve the neurological function of patients,the ability of daily life and quality of life,worthy of clinical application.关键词
